We are a full-service consulting firm providing risk assessment, policy evaluations, and claim consultations.
We provide property loss scoping and estimating services to almost every type of structure anywhere in the world. We can determine scope of loss and are adapt at pricing research to produce accurate estimates. Furthermore we monitor work progress, identify problems as they occur and provide solutions to insure on time, on budget completions. Tower Consulting Group responds to assist all of our clients during natural disasters such as but not limited to tropical storms, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, hail and wind storms.
Tower Consulting Group and its Partners provide consulting on liability claims involving defective design, construction or materials and claims pertaining to improper maintenance issues. At Tower Consulting we prepare and respond to claims on behalf of our clients, developing case strategies for mediation and litigation. We are experts at determining scope of damage, means and methods to fix the damage and estimating the cost to cure the defective construction.
At Tower Consulting Group we provide the highest degree of expertise to assist in improving your cash flow by control premiums paid in and controlling claims you have. We work to minimize down time in the event of a disaster and maximize settlements obtained by you the owner. Our experienced personnel will work to monitor the effectiveness of risk control measures, and assist in projecting future loss potentials.
We provide a second set of independent eyes to any contested inspection findings. Expertly trained, thoroughly professional, Tower consultants conduct a additional inspection of the disputed property and issue a documented and factual report on actual loss findings. If additional engineering services are necessary, we can ensure the selection of a unbiased expert that both sides can agree upon. Our goal is to ensure that the insurance contract between the carrier and the insured is met, no more and no less.

After a large and destructive hail storm blew through their 18 apartment complexes, Northside Group management was unsure whether to file a claim. Northside Group was unfamiliar with the claim process and the concern that their carrier would drop them for an unwarranted claim weighted upon their decision. They turned to Tower Consulting Group. Tower Group assisted Northside to navigate the claim process to a successful settlement with their insurance carrier. Soon after a water pipe burst in one of the buildings and they again utilized Tower Group to work through their loss.

When the Smith's had a hail claim, they followed the lead from their insurance carrier, even to the point of using the contractor the carrier recommended. After all, if the insurance carrier recommended this contractor, he must be an expert, right? But when the newly installed roof leaked and caused extensive damages throughout her home, the contractor was nowhere to be found. Upon realizing the extent of their liability, the contractor closed the business and fled town. Tower assisted Ms. Smith in working with her insurance company to pay the original damages AND the additional damages ensuing from the leaking roof and subrogate back on the contractors insurance. Tower was able to assist the Smiths get truly idemnified and complete the repairs with the contractor of their choice.

JVL Apartment Complex
When their apartment complex sustained a grease fire in a 3 bedroom unit, the management company contacted their insurance carrier. Their initial estimate was for minor repairs only. After multiple tenant complaints and several lost leases, JVL turned to Tower Consulting Group. Tower assessed the damages and found the assigned independent adjuster missed damages associated with the fire in the origin unit and the surrounding units. Provided with the correct documentation to support their claim, JVL was able to successfully reopen their claim and get the entire loss correctly repaired.

TWC Properties LLC
When TWC Properties had a fire loss at one of their locations, they filed their claim. Once they received the initial settlement paperwork, they decided to get a second opinion on the proposed scope of damages. They turned to Tower Consulting Group. Tower Consulting conducted a detailed property inspection and found that the original adjuster had missed several important items that were directly damaged by the insured loss. Provided with the correct loss documentation and estimate, TWC was able to review the claim with their carrier and get a fair and complete settlement for their insured loss.

Norman Rental Properties
When Norman rental properties sustained hail damage from a storm, they put in a claim and get a insurance settlement. Unnsure whether they had sustained additional damages, they contacted Tower Consulting Group. Tower assisted conducted a comprehensive inspection and determined damages to the property to be estimated at $12,324.12. Their insurance company settlement for the covered the damages, $12,342.12. Tower was able to set their mind at ease that their claim was handled correctly and there were no additional actions necessary.

Hunters Run Apartments
When the management of Hunters Run Apartments got notice of a hail storm that went through their property, they contacted their insurance carrier and had the building inspected. Then their carrier decided their own consultant report was incorrect and started shopping for a different consultant. Hunters Run turned to Tower Consulting Group to provide them with an accurate and non-biased report showing the actual damages, if any, to their property. Now, armed with a comprehensive report and detailed estiamte showing their actual loss from this event Hunters Run is able to pursue their claim knowing what the damages are, not wondering what the second consultant says and if it is accurate.

We bring the most current technology to your location and ensure that our adjusters have all the tools necessary. Accuracy is imperative. To achieve this Tower utilizes the most current technology available. Our adjusters bring decades of experience in the insurance, engineering, and construction services industries. While technology can assist a trained eye, it can never replace the experience and training our adjusters have received through their lifetime of service to Insurance carriers and policyholders.
Tower also has the ability to conduct wide spread video inspections of large geographically diverse regions prior to an impending catastrophic event. This can provide correct and accurate data for determining pre-loss property conditions.
Tower has a fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles capable of conducting a simple site inspection of a particularly large or dangerous loss location, and combine that with adjusters who are Two Story Steep certified. We can identify the areas that require closer inspection and then go up and review the loss right away.
